Calculation method
The method of calculating and charging the translated content is applied depending on the type of document, as follows:
- Standard documents – calculated as physical pages (birth certificates, identity documents, car documents, diplomas);
- Non-standard documents – calculated by dividing the total number of signs with spaces to 2,000 in the translated document (1 page = 2,000 signs with spaces);

The translations made by the authorised translation company WeTranslate meet the following requirements:
- They are performed by translators authorised by the Romanian Ministry of Justice, with at least 3 years of experience and at least 10,000 translated pages;
- They contain the authorisation form, as well as the signature / stamp of the authorised translator, at the bottom of the pages;

- Additional proofreading is a vital process to ensure a high-quality translation and reduce possible errors;
- Through the proofreading process, a 2nd translator will check and correct any human or terminology errors;
- In case of Medical or Technical Translations → translation can be performed only with additional proofreading included (Standard Package);

- For non-standard documents, there could be a variation of 10% -20% between the number of pages in the original document and the translated one (depending on the language), variation included in our offers;
- In case of urgent delivery, the translation costs may be increased by 70%, depending on the availability of the translators and the time required to complete the translation;
